Outreach Together began with a simple aim — to offer practical help that feels human, flexible, and genuinely useful.
We saw how traditional services can feel one-size-fits-all or overly clinical, so we created something different: a personal assistant service that adapts to the individual, not the system.

Meet our founder
Outreach Together was founded by Rudo Manyawi-Johnson, a registered nurse with specialist experience in the mental health and well-being of older adults.
Drawing from years of working in community and integrated services, Rudo saw a growing need for everyday help that feels personal, practical, and dignified — without the limitations of traditional care.
With that vision, she created Outreach Together: a service that puts people back in control of the support they receive, offering flexible, one-to-one assistance that fits real life.
Looking ahead, Rudo’s goal is to grow a trusted, people-first alternative to rigid care systems — one that empowers individuals and families to shape the help they need, without compromise.
