Outreach Together is looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join our growing team as Personal Assistants — delivering practical, one-to-one help that empowers people to live independently and on their own terms.
This is not a care role. It's a modern, flexible alternative to traditional home support — helping clients with everyday tasks in a way that’s personalised, respectful, and led by their preferences.
What you will do

Accompany clients on outings, errands, or appointments

Assist with light household tasks (e.g. laundry, tidying, changing bed linen)

Help with letters, phone calls, and basic organisation at home

Provide practical, person-led support that fits each client’s routine

Build trust through friendly, professional one-to-one relationships
